Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red colour. Pleasant bouquet characterised by scents of red fruit, like cherries and strawberries, and by tertiary nuances of coffee, chocolate and mint. The palate is fresh and structured, with smooth, flowing tannins and a lingering, clean persistence.

Pairing

Serve with cheeses and with meat and vegetable dishes. Excellent with Toma cheese from Vercelli.
