Ruby red with evident purple highlights, dark and impenetrable, characterised by a tight and persistent perlage. All the fruity notes typical of Lambrusco emerge in the nose, set in a context of great intensity and elegance: strawberries, blackberries and raspberries. It is mellow in the mouth, almost sweet, sustained by a good level of acidity and unsuspectable tannins. Smooth, it closes with a slight return to fruit for a nicely persistent finish.
Rich and slightly sweet, Otello NerodiLambrusco is a red wine to pair with rich dishes traditionally from Parma. Best with large pumpkin ravioli.
