Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red in colour, with a very fresh, fruity nose that directs the whole bouquet, rich and concentrated, made up also of floral and vanilla notes. The balance mouth between the acid and tannic veins in the makes it pleasant and easy to drink. The finish is vanilla-flavoured and long.

Pairing

Perfect in winter with polenta served with sausage sauce.

Concentrated yes, but always with a sensation of freshness in the nose, with fruity but never "cooked" aromas, and on the palate, thanks to the acid vein that runs through from start to finish. A great example of the search for perfection.
