Tasting Notes

The colour is a bright pale yellow, with a fine and persistent effervescence. The nose reveals fruity notes embellished with hints of brioche and vanilla. Delicate and decisive at the same time, on the palate it expresses great freshness in a context of exquisite balance. It closes impeccably with a clean finish.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with first courses, pasta and risotto, based on seafood.

The reserve wines, used in high percentages (between 25% and 40%), guarantee the continuity of the Maison's style.
