Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with slight greenish hues, with an intense and elegant bouquet. Notes of small white flowers, fruit and, particularly, citrus open up the way to a palate as fresh as it is smooth. Balanced, elegant and rewarding, it is a wine that invites you to taste it. Excellent, clean and persistent finish.

Pairing

A great aperitif, Feudi di San Gregorio's "Serrocielo" is a white wine which accompanies pasta dishes splendidly. Also worth trying with really simple spaghetti and tomato sauce.
