Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with light golden highlights. Refined in the nose, with fruity scents of pear, apple and yellow plums, enriched by minerals, references to aromatic herbs and reminiscences of acacia blossom. Crisp and savoury on the palate, dense, rich and concentrated, with a long and persistent finish.

This is also true for Vadiaperti-Traerte's Fiano di Avellino “Aipierti”. Left to age exclusively in steel, it is made in the best vintages only. Definitely one of the top wines for this appellation.
