It expresses a surprising complexity in the nose which spans from blackberry jam to roses, from nutmeg to pepper, from pine resin to mint, from cloves to cocoa. Smooth, suave and endless on the palate. A tempting freshness balances a tannic structure with a unique density before an unforgettably persistent closure.

Served with all courses of a meal, it pairs well with roast and grilled lamb, black truffle and game.

A wine that symbolises not only a winery, but the whole appellation, Arnaldo Caprai's Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG “25 Anni” has shown all the potential of Montefalco and its Sagrantino, Potent, rich and full, always characterised by a tannic structure of rare compactness, it is a red capable of extraordinary elegance. Left to age for at least two years in small oak barrels, followed by a long period of bottle ageing, it is a red with unique structure and longevity. Already extraordinarily expressive today, it will continue to convey emotions for decades.
