Summertime calls for fresh, straightforward, happy-go-lucky, never-boring wines. So why not take advantage of today's selection to peruse the best wines from Piedmont for your summer. Personally, there's nothing we love more during the summer than a nice glass of 'metodo classico' sparkling wine, a nice chat with friends and some yummy bites to snack on. However, if you prefer still white wines, we suggest something like a Timorasso, Gavi or Langhe. And of course, you simply have got to try Ceretto wineries' Arneis Blangè, a fruity, juicy, fragrant white which is the perfect antidote to those stuffy summer days. However, if you are a die-hard fan of red wines, then we suggest you head straight for the Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo or Grignolino, serving ever-so-slightly cooler than you normally would.
