Tasting Notes

Straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. It expresses a combination of perfumes and aromas in the nose that range from honey to acacia and apricot. Smooth yet dry, fresh and quite persistent on the palate.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with medium-mature cheeses, cured meats, focaccia and appetisers of all kinds. Ideal at any time of day.
