Tasting Notes

The glass is a beautiful ruby red. On the nose, the hints of red pulp fruit are followed by memories of carob and vegetal nuances, typical of the varietal. The taste is fresh and full-bodied, well-balanced, pleasant and with good persistence.

Pairing

Excellent to combine with red meat, it is perfect to pair with a Florentine steak.

Perfect exposures and soils totally suited to viticulture, then know-how and oenological skills such as those of the Villa Corliano winery: the "Ghirigoro" comes from all this, and is obtained from an international vine – such as Cabernet Sauvignon – which meets the Sangiovese and with the lands of Tuscany, to give life to a Rosso that sits for 18 months in oak barrels. The fruity aromas combine with the spicy memories given by the wood, for a mouthfeel that will involve you from start to finish, without ever being out of tune or intrusive.
