Tasting Notes

Intense straw yellow to the glass. The bouquet is deeply fruity, composed of notes of tropical fruit and pineapple in particular, followed by hints of peaches and apricots, and then enriched by floral nuances of honeysuckle. Vanilla nuances complete the picture on the nose. Full-bodied, fresh and enveloping on the palate, supported by a good structure and long persistence.

Pairing

Paired with fish or white meat, it is excellent with cold chicken salad with gruyere and peppers.
