Tasting Notes

Warm and bright straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent effervescence. The nose is initially expressed with floral and citrus notes, to then open up to hints of anise and mint, and close on spicy and toasted traces. When tasted, the typical acidity of the vintage is integrated in a very elegant balance. Pure and very fine, with a pronounced and coherent fruit, it finishes with a smoky persistence that never ends.
