Tasting Notes

Rosso granato il colore alla vista, con unghia elegantemente aranciata. Al naso è seducente e complesso, caratterizzato da un bouquet che lascia inizialmente percepire ricordi di ciliegie nere mature, di more a confettura, di ribes e di frutti di bosco, poi seguiti da toni evoluti di cuoio, boisé, liquirizia, catrame e pepe nero. Il palato è raffinato nella trama tannica, profondo e voluminoso, equilibrato nella struttura e lungo nella persistenza.

Si sposa a meraviglia con cacciagione da piuma o pollame nobile: perfetto con il piccione arrosto.
