Tasting Notes

In a pale straw colour, it greets the nose with aromas of lemons and lime that intersperse pleasantly. In the mouth, it is very fresh, also offering hints of almost spicy pear, beeswax and ginger, with a mineral note of flint. It closes on a long, saline and mineral finish.

The pride of the Bernard family, Domaine de Chevalier is one of the flagship domaine of the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Its wines are characterised by an extraordinary tension, together with an important, not to say ‘aristocratic’ structure. The white is often considered one of the greatest dry whites in the Bordeaux region.

This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wines merchants. Before being put on sale, it has been carefully checked by the Tannico Team. However, after so many years, we cannot guarantee that the wine is still perfectly preserved.
