Château Petit Village

Located in the highest part of the splendid Pomerol plateau, Château Petit Village is a jewel of about 10 hectares, with a history dating back to 1785. It joined in 1989 the renowned group of wineries headed by the insurance giant AXA Millésimes, Petit Village is mainly dedicated to the cultivation of merlot, flanked by a small percentage of the production destined for cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon. In recent years Château Petit Village has had a notable impulse and development, also recognized by international critics: thanks to fresh and balanced wines, characterized by great intensity and aromatic richness, which well represent the company imprint and the authenticity that is expected from the great reds from this mythical terroir.
