Tasting Notes

In this great vintage, the cru retains its rank and much more: it offers a matter of great richness, animated by a vibrant freshness brought about by the resonance of the Barsac limestones. The sip is sublime, haloed by aromas of yellow fruit and citrus fruits, the wine is creamy and very pure.

Concentrated in its aromas and highly pleasing to the palate, the Barsac signed Château Doisy-Daëne is a true joy for the palate. A blend of sémillon and sauvignon, it comes from a harvest carried out in six stages and matured for ten months in wood. It is an intoxicating wine that, as soon as it is uncorked, knows how to play a leading role and is perfect for the most formal occasions.
