Exoticism: this is the watchword when dealing with the wines of Cos d'Estournel. For the reds as well as the whites, references to the Orient are the main key. Thus, this blend of sauvignon blanc (85%) and sémillon (15%) gives us a wine that is a squeeze of tropical fruit, pineapple and mango above all, pervaded by a sweetness on the nose and in the mouth that is bewitching, sustained by an acid structure that keeps the sip alive. A journey along the Silk Road that will seduce you.
