Tasting Notes

The aromatic palette is voluptuous, between the freshness of graphite and pepper notes, the elegance of tea and the sweetness of liquorice and black fruit aromas. The tannins, well present, integrate with the exoticity of the fruit and spices. The finish lingers at length.

Château Cos D'Estournel, located just beyond the border of the Pauillac appellation and almost next to the Lafite Rothschild vineyard, is an exotic monument of oenology and architecture. The references to the Orient are not only in the structure's pointed domes or elephant-shaped hedges, but also in its wines, which share a certain umbratility, a mystery that has continued to fascinate for two centuries now.

This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wines merchants. Before being put on sale, it has been carefully checked by the Tannico Team.
