Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023 - Comtes de Saint Martin (3 bottiglie)

Luminous golden yellow, with slight greenish reflections in the glass. Fruity aromas stand out on the nose, with grapes and fresh almonds in evidence. In the mouth, it offers an elegant and generous sip, characterised by a pleasant tension and long fruity brush strokes.

Excellent as an aperitif or with white meat, poultry and fish dishes.

Comtes de Saint Martin offers a fun and gastronomic Bourgogne Chardonnay, ideal for approaching Burgundy wines, perhaps over dinner with friends. It is made from 100% chardonnay grapes grown in sustainable agriculture and harvested by hand, after checking for optimal ripeness. The vinification in stainless steel and the ageing of about 10 months make it perfect for immediate consumption but also for an evolution in the cellar of about 5-8 years. Unfiltered, it encapsulates all the aromas of the varietal, the richness of the terroir and the minimalist style of Comtes de Saint Martin.
