Tasting Notes

Straw yellow coloured, with fine and persistent bubbles. It offers fruity aromas, mineral nuances, and hints of yeast and bread crust on the nose. It starts very fresh in the mouth, and balanced. Good length and harmonious aftertaste.

Pairings

Excellent with fish-based dishes, it goes well with shrimp and vegetable skewers.

The best bunches of Chardonnay, meticulously selected from the Grand Cru plots of Chouilly, are used to obtain the Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru "Réserve", signed by M. Hostomme. It comes from the oldest vines owned by the estate, and turns out to be a complex and rich Champagne, perfect to pop for a prestigious and formal aperitif, but it pairs excellently with fish-based cuisine, as well.
