Tasting Notes

Rosé. The nose is fine and, at the same time, pleasantly intense; fruity hints of peach and citrus, floral notes and hints of bitter almonds stand out. On the palate it’s seductive, with an inviting minerality, dense and long in the finish.

Pairings

Perfect to brighten up an aperitif, it goes particularly well with white meats and fish main courses.

This Rosé from Château Galoupet, Cru Classé estate, is doubly exceptional; on the one hand, in fact, it fully reflects all the variegated richness of the great terroirs of Provence. On the other is the attention to sustainability and the recent start of the conversion to organic of the Château. This philosophy is also reflected in the packaging, certainly innovative, consisting of an amber and very light bottle, produced with 70% recycled glass.
