AYUNTA

Ayunta is a small family-run winery located on Etna, 700 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Randazzo.
An artisanal wine production carried out strictly by hand, starting from the vineyard where no chemicals are allowed, all the way to the cellar, where wines take shape thoroughly following the company's philosophy.
The vineyards cover just about 3 hectares, in which native varieties such as Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Catarratto are valued. Ayunta offers a range of wines that express the elegance and minerality of a unique territory.
